My name is Maryann Tidwell, First and foremost I am ME! I am also a wife to my high
school sweetheart of 23 years. I have a 13yr. young son and my daughter is almost 8.
I am super passionate about all things pertaining to the human body (I am also a
Licensed massage therapist) and a research enthusiast. I believe in finding the positive
