(Glendale AZ) Today, in support of his sophomore album Illuminate (out September 23rd on Island Records), multi-platinum singer/songwriter Shawn Mendes announces his first-ever headlining arena world tour for 2017. The 44 announced Illuminate World Tour dates will kick off in the U.K. on April 27th, running through August 23rd in Boston, MA with many more dates still yet to be announced in North America & globally. The tour will stop in Glendale, AZ on July 15 at the Gila River Arena.

The upcoming album Illuminate features Shawn’s hit lead single “Treat You Better,” which has entered the Top 10 on both Billboard’s Hot 100 and Radio Songs charts.
