Stanford-trained dermatologists, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields, founded Rodan + Fields® to extend their vision of bringing dermatology-inspired skincare to everyone. Many of their ideas come from seeing patients in their practices. They have dedicated their careers to making visible, life-changing results possible without a trip to the doctor's office.

After Jenna (my oldest daughter) was born I felt I was missing out on her ‘milestones’ because I was working on my real estate business so much.  I wasn’t making a paycheck that made it worth it to me.  Once I started to scale back a little, the money was even less and I realized just this wasn’t going to be enough.

I was contacted by a new friend, Alison, who mentioned to me a new anti-aging company that she joined and was seeing great success in.  The company was founded by the creators of ProActive; which immediately got my attention (ProActive is a HUGE company!!).  I didn’t have any experience with the product; however, I could see that this stuff really worked! All the before/after pictures I saw were incredible and the success/freedom I could see Alison experiencing made me, well, a little envious.  While I was really honored when she chatted with me about the opportunity, I was also a little apprehensive about direct sales. Well, I decided to go with my gut feeling and I really wanted a piece of this! I am so glad I didn’t ignore that feeling. The products speak for themselves. We are now the number one skincare brand across the board.

Rodan + Fields offers me the opportunity to have a much more flexible schedule.  I’m on my own time and not anyone else’s.  And while I love spending time with my kids, I have something fun and exciting to chat with other adults with now (Everyone has skin so it’s an easy topic to bring up)!  This business allows me to not put so much pressure on myself to be at the beck & call of the real estate business.
